REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Next Level Samples!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

If you buy a pack and it wasn’t quite what you were looking for. Reach out to us and let us know and we’ll get your refund issued straight away.

We want people to feel comfortable purchasing future packs and we stand accountable that our packs will be worth every penny spent and will suit your needs. Be advised – We do not offer complete refunds of the bundles. Only partial refunds will be offered due to the amount of packs included in these bundles.

Be advised that once your refund is issued you will lose the rights to use any of our samples, presets, loops, vocals, midi, or any other Next Level Samples files in your production. If we feel like there is fraudulent activity (purchasing packs to only then ask for a refund, then downloading the packs to use, etc) we have the right to deny a refund at our own discretion.
